ARTLINKS BURSARIES 2019 AWARDED
The Artlinks partners in the Arts Offices of Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford local authorities are pleased to announce that over €60,000 in bursaries has been awarded to support artists in the South East. This initiative, supported by the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon provides professional development opportunities and supports for established and emerging artists who are resident in these four counties in the South East region.

The Arts Offices would like to thank everyone who applied and look forward to the successful recipients undertaking their projects, mentoring, courses and workshops.

The recipients of bursaries from the Arts Office, Kilkenny County Council are:
Alan Raggett, Gillian Grattan, Helena Gorey, Ita Morrissey, Kate Fahey, Liam O' Neill, Luan Parle & Clive Barnes, Nuala Roche, Patrick Rafter, Pauline O' Connell, Rachel Botha, Sophie Behal.
